submitted to Major League Baseball a comprehensive, and fully public document
that details the completed finance plan for a Portland MLB ballpark, provides
updated site and costing information from HOK Sport and illustrates Portland's
ability to support an MLB team.
The document conclusively shows that
Portland is an MLB city in all aspects – Finance plan, ballpark sites and
a market that is primed for MLB – whether it is for the Expos, or for a
