BREAKING NEWS: MLB JOBS
BILL PASSES OREGON LEGISLATURE!
With passage in the House
this afternoon, the Oregon Legislature has officially approved SB 5, the Oregon
Stadium Campaign's MLB Jobs Bill. Following Saturday's dramatic victory in the
Senate, today's House passage vaults Oregon into position to be the home of
Major League Baseball as soon as April of next year. Thank you to all of those
who have supported the campaign by continually contacting legislators and
advocating so effectively for the bill's passage. Your efforts made the crucial
difference!
